A PIN PHONE 108 card features a 14-digit number so you can call
anywhere,
even if your office telephone bars you from making outgoing
long-distance calls. This is because the telephone you make
the calls from does not have to bear the charge. The TOT deducts
the charge from the value stored on the PIN PHONE 108 card.
How to use PIN PHONE 108
1. Lift up the phone.
2. Wait for the dial. ( Insert the coin for public phone except
TOT CARD public phone press 108 ready )
3. Press 108 listen for instruction.
4. Choose language, press 1 for Thai , Press 2 for English.
5. Press the Identification number, the total amount of value
left will be informed. Press the number needed.
6. When you call to local area press to direct phone number.
7. When you call to long-distance press area code+phone number.
8. When you call to oversea press 001+country code+city code+phone
number except country of Burma, Laos, Malaysia and Combodia
to press 007 replace 001.
9. Conversation
10. Hang up the phone. ( Get the coin back for public coin phone
)

1. Local calls: 1 baht/ 3 minute
2. Domestic long-distance domestic calls: 3, 6, 9, 12 baht/
minute depending on the distance charged to home phones.
3. For mobile phones
3.1 Within the same mobile phone cell area: 3 baht/ minute
3.2 Between adjacent mobile phone area : 8 baht/ minute
3.3 Between non-adjacent mobile phone area: 12 baht/ minute
4. International calls: rates as stipulated by the Communications
Authority of Thailand.VAT is not included.

Modern Smart Card Technology
The TOT has developed a public phone service to enhance convenience
with the use of the smart card technology in providing card-operated
public phones as an additional service to the coin-operated
public phones. This is referred to as the TOT Card service.
The new phone card, durable under all conditions
The TOT Card is a PVC card the same size as the Cardphone card
featuring a golden square integrated circuit chip on the card.
The IC chip can accommodate contain a large amount of information.
In producing the cards, the TOT uses Master Key , a TOT copyright,
as the major element in encoding the information. This helps
prevent forgery. With a lifespan of three years, the card is
durable and easy to maintain. There is no problem of the card
being clemaged bad or losing its stored value.
Technology-equipped telephones
The TOT Card public phones are well-equipped with code readers
and security systems which check the accuracy of the information
in the card. They can prevent the use of forged cards effectively.
TOT Card public phones are available at shopping malls and community
centers.
Convenient, fast, and easy to use
1. Lift Handset.
2.Insert the Card in the direction of the arrow, with the gold
chip facing upwards wait for balance account.
4.Talking.
5.Replace handset.
6.Remove the card.
Continous talking though the card value runs out.
Even if the TOT Card value has run out while you are still on
the phone, you can continue talking without interruption by
pressing the Change Card button and inserting a new card.
No need to insert card when using Pin Phone
PIN Phone 108 service, can also be used with the TOT Card public
phones easily by pressing the PIN Phone button on the telephone
phone set and making your call. There is no need to insert any
card.
